The Lakeside Villas bring together two private prestige villas in the heart of Lomé, with a view over Lac Ouest. Contemporary architecture, large light-filled volumes, a Haussmann-style living room with a cathedral ceiling, an open kitchen with island, an inner garden, a terrace with outdoor kitchen and a private infinity pool. The East Villa is offered fully furnished and equipped, available immediately; the West Villa, unfurnished, will be available in September.

Villa features

Built in 2026 in the heart of Lomé, with a view over Lac Ouest. The villas are reachable within a few minutes of the paved road, via a graded and finished access road. Each villa offers contemporary architecture with large volumes, a main Haussmann-style living room, a cathedral ceiling about 7 metres high, an open kitchen with island, an inner garden, a terrace with outdoor kitchen and two outdoor lounges. Each villa also has a private infinity pool, a double garage and a private generator.
